Dunno. The PO may heave tossed the clear plastic covers from the melted fuse blocks and pasted the labels on the dash panel fuse cover. Maybe my 25xxx car didn't have fuse block covers, maybe the factory ran out of covers and glued the labels to the dash panel, they did do some half assed things. to get cars out the door.

That's the fuse my stereo feeds from as well. At times it seems to randomly blow, with or without use of the stereo. One day I'll do more than keep a box of spare fuses in the trunk.

A few seconds with a multi meter will tell you if you have current draw on that circuit. Or any circuit, one at a time.

No the original plate has TWO plunger switches in it.

Off hand I don't recall "why" but I have the Wiring Diagram

Well, I ruled this possibility out when I did find where that little red light was... and it’s missing!

Maybe someone took it out because of a draw already!

As Doug said, the only circuit with a draw was in fact the radio fuse, which was my Number One Suspect all along.

6 days later, car starts right up, so this might be a winner.

Already sourced a CR-2001 just for looks’ sake, lol.
