    Any body recently purchased new hoses for 550 with a new factory logo on it says MVQ. it appears low quality compered to the old one I had, stamped made in England .
    Water temp gauges are made in India, but the package stamped original Ferrari part.

    I thought most 550 owners used 575M hoses or SRI hoses.

    I use straight silicone hose for that one. Yeah the Oem one is a slight dogleg but straight works fine no kinks.

    Taz, the 550 and 575 has the same part number, surprisingly the texture of the new Ferrari hoses are different and they appears to be like having a bandage rapped around the hose versus the old ones with a smooth external texture like a regular rubber hose. new hose by Ferrari has a close appearance to SIR hoses with one exception the wall of the hose is thinner. I will post a new picture tomorrow.
    FBB, agree the straight silicon hose by others cost much less and probably better quality.

    I believe the >MVQ< mark indicates the hose material (Vinyl Methyl Silicone Rubber) not the manufacturer's name.
