Hey Guy's, I have a 1985 Mondial QV and was wondering if anyone knew the best way of treating (conditioning) the leather seats ? I have a navy blue interior and the leather is in very good condition considering it's age. It only has minimal cracking on the drivers seat, which can hardly be seen. I just don't want to do any damage using the wrong product. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated ! Thanks...Cheers, Marc

I've had good success with Leatherique. It's a bit of a process, but results are worthwhile

every few years i go through this and i usually end up picking zaino or zymol...mostly because of how they smell.

Another Joseph Lyddy product, Leatherthane, is all you need.

Wipe it on regularly then leave overnight. Leather stays soft and supple and smells lovely.

I like and use Tanner’s Preserve, which removed a lot of residue from prior use of Zymöl. Zymöl does smell good and works.

Would this product work if the leather has gone hard Adrian? My 308 seats are original but the leather has gone really hard...

Yep pour it on spread it around just leave the car out in the sun for the day, it will suck it up then buff up with the soap in the tin with damp cloth, my dash leather was shrinking and tough but after soaking it in this saddle stuff its supple and gone back to near original shape around air vents
    All for under $60

I just use rubber gloves Gary and spread it around I don’t think you can put too much on, it just eats it up

Just cracked the leather in the QV's passenger seat - bummer. The 400 seats were in great shape but dry and hard, so I've been focussing on them - should have given the 308 seats a drink :(

Thanks to everyone who took the time to respond and share your knowledge. Many options, looks like I'll be taking a trip to the local saddlery store. I'm in Western Australia, Perth...so climate is fairly dry. I've had my Ferrari for 10 years and it's leather is in very good condition, so I want to keep it that way. Cheers, Marc
