    How do you do it? My car has now travelled further in the last three days than it had in the previous seven years. Not sure how to stop myself picking up the keys....

    The more you drive it, the better it runs. I’ve had mine for 5 years and driven 3 times as much as the previous owners over 13 years.

    Trying Barry ....:) so hot in vegas right now I might have to take my range rover, I have driven the 550 many times in this kind of heat 100 to 113 + all the way ): but i'm thinking give the old girl a rest ??? she is sitting in the garage ready to go ....decision not made yet LOVE driving that car!! not so much the range rover.

    I have noticed that “she” (the first car I have owned that I have ever anthromorphisied) has been getting happier and happier as the miles roll by... nothing obvious, just some of the rough edges settling down.

    I have checked. The car does not dissolve in the rain. Not going to lie though - you can tell the wiper and light technology is 25 years old!
