Most colours are named after horses so Marcel told me last year. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ribot_(horse)
I was out and about first thing this morning trying to get a bit arty with my cars, then had to go and help my so connect a new pipe to his sink! Please click the photo's for a larger version.
Well it was time to sell my car after 12 years of enjoyment, I sold it last month to a nice guy who is going to use it for rallies all over Europe. I am not sure what else to say other than it was the right time in my life to sell it and enjoy the more modern Ferrari's that I am lucky enough to have. If anyone is interested I have an advert of some of the parts I have left https://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/threads/ferrari-daytona-rare-items.603941/ Thanks to eveyone on here for all your help over the years, the car would never have been so good without you and Ferrari Chat. I have left one of my fav. photos below, please click on it for a large version. Grant
Bittersweet moment, eh? I throughly enjoyed watching your restoration unfold, and admire the finished result. I remember how painstakingly you sourced OEM Spyder parts for authenticity and rigidity. New owner is fortunate to have the car. Enjoy the new ones...
How is the Daytona market at the moment? Not asking about the price you got but was it a tough sale and are you happy with the result?
Glorious car-i still remember seeing the car when it was green at Chatsworth House in 2008-loved it back then too.
