    Sorry, don’t get your post. You don’t ‘squeeze the spring’ to lower the ride height, you wind the spring perch down.

    that explains the arm workout.
    guess I'll wind the perches back 8 turns now.....4 to get back to baseline, 4 more to lower.

    indeed! we're heading up to the Area 27 track again this weekend for 2 more full days......so still have time to sort it out. also, another question.....in the absence of corner weighting the car, is it reasonably accurate to just ensure you are within 1mm side to side on ride height while maintaining the 10mm of rake front to back?

    Good question. I’ve always corner weighted my race car but never my 430 which I track a fair bit. I think you’re fine to go as you described. Enjoy.
