Yeah, I said 'today' on Monday. Just got too busy man. Been away for a month, so plenty to catch up on here now. Maybeeeeeeeeeee all sorted tomorrow, so I might be right. Have a new red top battery here, will try and make it fit. If not, will just order the correct battery and be done with it and will fit it next week.
Such a gorgeous car. I’ve driven my mate’s 355 F1 Berlinetta a number of times. It’s fantastic. As for people pissing on the F1 box, pffft. It’s terrific. Smooth as silk. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Wonderful. A pleasure to use and lightning fast. Spot on. Glad to see someone else on here whom knows what they’re taking about. Obviously you’re a proper enthusiast.
Come on, Pap! Just get in it and go for a drive. You’ll love it. Mine will be off the road for most of August as I’m sending the stickies to Dave in the US, so will try to drive it as much as I can now. Not to mention, it passed 31,000 miles today so is completely worthless. Might as well drive it.
I know, I know. Just need time brother. Working 6 days a week, just had nearly a month off and back into 6 night shifts again on Thursday. Will be going on 3 years next year where I have been pretty much working 6 days a week. Wouldn't recommend doing it. Might be time to sell the Ferrari, it's about as worthless as your car is.
No ******** mate. Aside from 1 - 2, the shifts are amazingly smooth. Is it as quick as the 430? No. Is it smoother - **** yeah. Get it high in the rev range and shifts are quick enough. I really enjoy driving it. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
The ones I drove in the US back in 2007 weren't as smooth as silk. The F1 has definitely come a long since those days.
Ok, maybe that's where I made my mistake back in 2007. I didn't get in the higher rev range while driving those guys Ferraris.
Yep. It does require time and effort to learn how to drive it properly. Once you do, it’s brilliant. Unfortunately Peter thinks he knows everything about everything, but is, in this case, clueless.
They were obviously not set up correctly. I have to be honest. Before driving it, I thought it was going to be clunky compared to mine. But it was the opposite. It’s MUCH smoother, but also slower. To be honest, around town, the slower shifts are more comfortable. But if you get into it, they are fast enough. The down shift isn’t as good as the later models, but who cares. Possibly mate, I don't remember exactly 100% what they were like. But two different cars, both F1 and both were amazing machines. I don't think there were any issues with those cars. I also didn't give the cars a hard time, not my cars of course.
