I Googled "Ferrari part 64591400" and got a few hit on eBay, including 3D printed aftermarket plates.
https://www.scuderiacarparts.com/part/27893/ferrari/64591400/switch-holder-plate.html "This car part is: AVAILABLE TO ORDER" Might be worth inquiring exactly what that means.
checked all other leads received and no one said available scuderiacarparts said they can get one - we'll see thanks to all for helping me

Mine is cracked too! Eagerly awaiting Scuderia’s response, though I don’t necessarily mind the bit of “character” it adds to the car.
That's what this forum is all about. It's a great resource. There are some amazingly knowledgeable people on here.
You could try Eurospares - https://www.eurospares.co.uk/cars-breaking-for-spares/ferrari/ Their website shows they are breaking 2 550M at the moment.
My switch plate was in pieces when I bought my 550 in 2016. I was lucky: on eBay, a guy was selling a switch plate that he machined from billet aluminum. It included the mounting studs, which are very fragile in the original plastic part. I looked at my history on eBay, but it only goes back to 2017. I'll look in my receipt book to see if I can find out who it was from. When I look at pictures of 550s for sale, I often see broken switch plates. Turns out the fit is very tight and the plastic part just won't hold up. Perfect candidate for a 3D printed part, provided the mounting studs are included.
oops... I don't know if it was there yesterday, but the FerrParts eBay link does indeed say "currently not in stock". These switchplates seem to be fragile on all of these era cars. If you can't find a replacement, I recommend Sticky R X for repairs of these parts.
That sounds really cool! My business partner has a metal extruder, and I am tempted to recreate everything plastic in the interior with billet.

does the old one come out easily? if you remove the switches and the heating panal can the plate be removed ?? or do you have to take the dashboard apart ??
Replaced mine yesterday and it does not come out easily at all. The original one busted into 20 pieces which is fine since its junk anyway. The bottom row of nuts is covered by a metal trim piece that holds the AC unit. All I could do was use my finger to get the nut in place and with finger tips "tighten" them up. There was 0 chance of getting a socket or spanner on them. Hopefully they don't unwind themselves. Unless someone has a way to get that metal hvac bezel out its a royal PITA
