There is nothing shared between Fiorano and Challenge brakes.

After your post, I did a little more research and you are correct, these are indeed not the same as Challenge brakes. I apologize for the confusion.

These are the Fiorano Handling Package Brakes used on cars with factory built with the FHP and the Serie Fiorano (limited to 104 cars)

Will this kit fit a 348 without modifications?

Whats the difference between these and the stock 355 setup (sorry for ignorance / dumb question - humor me please) ? Do you have any brackets?

No brackets needed. Brakes are the same as stock with the exception of the color of the calipers and the drilled rotors.

Brakes are the same for all years 355s. 1998/1999 added the option of painted calipers (red, yellow or silver, over the standard gloss black) and cross drilled rotors. The 355 Fiorano had a slightly more aggressive brake pad, otherwise the brakes were the same as other 355s.

I believe this is perfect for the owner that wants to enhance the look of their brakes and provide some increased performance. I know when I had my previous Ferrari with black calipers, I desperately wanted to change them to red.

So basically it’s a fact that the difference of this set to stock set is just coloured calipers (maybe if not already installed) and the brake pads ;)?

Also cross drilled rotors. Basically it included both options for 1998/1999 of optional caliper colors and cross drilled rotors. Then added a special, more aggressive brake pad. But all years, use the same caliper and rotor diameter.

I have a full set on my car. Just replaced the 4 cross drilled rotors... they run 350 each from Eurospares. 550 each from Ricambi pads f not and rear ran 500.

    Then you gave the calipers...

So this set seems well priced.

I have some interest in this set as I believe my Pads are due for replacement.
    I've read on here "The 355 uses 310 x 28 on front and 300 x 24 on the rear"
So does that mean these Rotors have minimal use with only 0.5mm wear?
I measured my Stock Rotors and got similar measurements, tho my fronts look in a good need of a turning as they seem to have some grooves.
Outside of this set I would just need some Dot 4 Synthetic and possibly Copper Washers for the Banjo fitting?

Hi, first post go easy but are we sure the FHP brakes are the same as the standard ones?

The reason I ask is I was google searching for FHP discs as my car needs a set and I was struggling to find some and I found this thread.

Its either an optical illusion but my brakes look quite a bit larger than stock?

The brake caliper is a different design too, again unless its some sort of optical illusion?

Here is a picture of my cars front brakes
