You will want to post pics of the cans, at least separated by types. For both calibers, there are various bullets weights, and both lead core and steel core. The coding on the lids will determine country of origin and what you have.

The 7.62x54 is "LPS" which means it is steel core, its a common variety, not special. The 5.45 also appears to be steel core, and I believe this is no longer imported, so harder to find.
