I have a 2007 F430 spider that I need to replace the tires, weekend driver no track. I have Pirelli P0 Rosso on the car now, is there a better option?

The current favorite seems to be Michelin PS4S. I had Pirellis and moved to the 4S

I agree, I put a set of the Michelin PS4S on my 430, and really like them so far.

if you wanna go fast (and still be on street tires), RE71R.
but you will need to go 235 (no 225 with RE71R) on the front, that's what Scud has.

Kinda agree on the RE71’s too but for dry streets. I had RE11’s, the predecessor to the 71’s, almost like slicks for great grip. RE11’s weren’t the best in rain. Then again, these were the previous version

I've always used Bridgestone RE-11, on second set. Good looking tire also.

RE11 not in same class as RE71R. see here..
    https://www.tirerack.com/tires/tests/testDisplay.jsp?ttid=239

    RE11 was replaced with S007A
    S007A vs. RE71R
1/2 second off on a 30 second dry course..more than a second off in a 30 second wet course.......0.05g off.....

    I’ve tried them all.
Pilot sport 4s’s are great for all round grip and general street driving.
If you really want to enjoy the handling of your Ferrari, and feel the suspension working as it should, get the RE71R’s.
Brilliant tyres. They will transform your car and you will realise how well a Ferrari handles.
They are also very good in the wet. It’s only standing water that will give you any trouble, but just slow down. You’ll be fine.

If you dont track your car the Michelin Pilot 4S is hard to beat.
    Excellent grip wet and dry.

I have the 4S for over a year now and extremely pleased with them.
    Great price too.
