Has Ferrari finally solved this issue? Touch screen controls under glass should finally do it.

    Praise the Lord!

Oh man I think you could be right on the buttons. Could this be the end of the sticky era?!

Wait a minute. The leather is still going to shrink and the plastic will delaminate. Then the screens will go. We just traded one charm for another!;)

Sticky plastic is disgraceful but touch screens are ugly and instantly date the product IMO.

Honestly, I wish they had kept just the start button only. It's such a nice touch to the interior!

Exactly. A foolish endeavor. IMO real gauges done classy are never out of place on a performance car.

Appearance is subjective but there is no denying that a digital bar-like tachometre and adigital numerical spedometre are easier to read in the heat of the moment. Plus you can have an infinite number of gauges, as the physical size of the dashboard is not a restriction, since you can swap between screens. In a more stately car, like a Rolls or a Bentley, old school analogue gauges have a place.

I heard they are going to use the same coating on the seatbelts so they can finally get it all over your clothes.

Ferrari has played the long game...

    well played ferrari... well played...

(this is all a joke... perhaps a bad one)

Good to know Ferrari is looking out for your job security. Since the 348 in 1989. Been doing it 30 years now.
