I am thinking of selling my 1988 white Testarossa, very sorted car, crema interior, 30K miles. Just installed full Capristo exhaust, new clutch 2 months ago, major in 2017, any idea what I should ask? I have over $100K into it.

Ask $100k and hold tight for something over $95k imo

I’d shoot for 100k-105k. Assuming excellent condition. Needs nothing

Excellent, that's what I thought too. Thanks. I'll be getting it ready for some photos soon. No C8 for me, sorry. ;)

Isn't that Steve's old car? If so I don't see it selling at anything close to $100K if you haven't changed the wheels back to stock

BTW, your car is beautiful ! I stared at those pictures for over a year when Steve was originally trying to sell it.

No worries, car is now sorted. Those ugly wheels are gone, although I had an offer of $105K with those wheels when I had just bought the car but of course I wasn't selling then. New clutch since, car is near perfection, specially with the Capristo 3. I honestly wouldn't let it go for less than 6 figures, it is way too much car for the money today.

If you want over 100k, get rid of the side badges and put a proper black badge on back. Just my opinion

$100K is 6 figures I would take. Not going to give it away, right Parnelli? ;)

Stickers. Easy to do, buyer can do that, shouldn't affect price.

Actually Tim is right; if I see any kind of stuff like that I kinda walk away... if u sell It 100k will goes to show that Steve is in the wrong business... i know him personally and I’m glad he is sticking to lambos

If stickers that peel off bother you then the Capristo 3 will make you run, very loud, totally not original. All this stuff is subjective, the guy who buys my car is going to be like me, and not a purist. Some of my other Ferraris and Lambos I currently own I treat like a purist and won't even change the shift knob, but others like this TR I don't, that's how I like it.

Nothing wrong with that; just tryin to enlarge ur pool of buyers ;)
Actually I prefer the kreissieg: louder. The tr’s stock was weak.

You know what? I actually like the look without the stickers, even better. I didn't realize my first TR didn't have them, so I just took them off. Good advice, thank you!

Wait, I just niticed something, is that driver side mirror sitting at stock height? Or was it adjusted to look like a single mirror car?

I'm confused. I don't see where he mentioned that it was two different cars. And the car above has the same license plate as the video

I inferred a bit but I think it makes sense.

It was his car and I believe he posted an old pic of it. Now he has Steve’s car and he was comparing it to his old one. He must have kept the plate.

Sorry for the confusion. Yes, 2 different cars. My first white TR was a flying mirror car back in 2009, yes, same plate (different states). White ones were so scarce that I bought a gray one from someone on this forum and had it painted white. That was when TR's were selling in the $40K's. LOL.
