I am selling this for a friend of mine as a favor. An amazing 2000 Ferrari 360 Modena, 1 of 25 made. 15k miles on the new engine and transmission, runs amazing with over 400 horsepower. Upgraded with tubi exhaust and and rear vent. Removable factory sunroof, leather interior, carbon fiber trim, lights and ac work perfectly. The black top is a wrap and can be easily remove.Great chance to own a Ferrari, many receipts and records of work preformed. clean title in hand with current registration. Asking $62,000 in Lakewood, CA

I was told by the owner the whole car has 58k miles and the original engine had problem with the cylinder head I don’t know exactly what, and according to the Ferrari shop, it’s going to cost lots to repair it and I believed the owner decided just to replace the whole engine and transmission and spent around $40,000 to get everything sorted out. The owner is very meticulous about everything and want everything fix the right way that is why this car is in excellent shape. Hope this help.

Thanks! For a $62k car that runs like new car and even though it doesn’t have the original engine and transmission but only has 15k miles on the new engine and tranny, I think it’s a great deal.

I have so many questions! Were the engine and transmission brand new (zero miles on them)?! Where did the new engine and transmission come from? What’s the name of the shop that installed the new engine and transmission?

The answer to your questions: The engine is used came from another 360 that had only 10k miles when they got it, and the transmission is original but rebuilt about two years ago, and the shop whop did it is called Ferrari Service of Costa Mesa. The owner has all complete service records/history and all the receipts.

I love sunroof cars. They're just such a unique option and don't pop up for sale all too often.

I believe they only made 25 of these factory sunroof which is why they are rare and what makes this 360 special.

I’ve read the 25 number before as well. Though some on here have also said there were more. Either way it’s very cool!

I don't think I've ever seen a 360 with a painted roof like that. I like it a lot. Anyone know if that was a factory option? It gives a whole different look to the rear quarter shot.

If it was a “cylinder” problem, most likely precat failure...seemed more prevalent than variations issues.
