My 911 needs some new rear tires
Usually I have the dealer do it but I'm open to going to a shop if anyone has a strong recommendation. Non-center locking so no hassle there.
    Thanks

Just make sure they have the hunter equipment. Also you might be able to order your tires online and have them mounted there?

My racer friends like Hawaiian Tire in Aiea for mounting and alignment.

Interesting. I would not have thought to make sure they have specific equipment but that makes sense. Is the Hunter set-up uncommon or noteworthy for better results? Good call with ordering online. I did that with motorcycle tires all the time on the mainland. I'll check if the shipping is reasonable.

very cool. thanks for the tip. I'll check them as well

Hunter is the best in the business and the authorized Porsche and Ferrari dealers use them. Probably any rack would work... But why not go for the best

I replaced tires on 4 vehicles in the past month, one of which was a 991. I tried several shops that resulted in major scratches and broken tpms. The only non dealer shop that did excellent work was Lex Brodies, which did the 991. Good luck
