Am I the only one to note the USA rear exhaust shroud, combined with the odd split rear bumper?

For that costs I would have expected a Euro drysump carb car on the lift.

Is it a turbo? The head of the "teacher" is located a bit awkward to see whether there are NACA-ducts.
Or is it just a botched car? Why has it the diaper? Anyway, attendance is a confession of failure too.
I assume; three dudes with their wives or gfs. Wife of the third dude took the pic :)

I do not understand the car on the lift. Nothing is correct about it, unless it's a one off. Buyer beware..

    I agree. Today's lesson class..." What's wrong with this 308? "

I believe that we are over-thinking this.

Isn't the car shown on the picture one of the fleet of 308's which the factory uses for their high priced driving class? Assuming so, why would they care anything at all about keeping the cars in original OEM factory condition?

Seems more likely to me that they are just cobbling the cars together with whatever old dusty parts that they've had lying about on the shelf for years. For instance, the 208 split bumper was probably just stuck on because they happened to have had a large supply of those on hand, as compared to the more common (and higher demand, thus higher priced when sold as spares) single piece rear bumpers that we all are more familiar with.

Any car that is used in a driving school would be far more prone for the odd bump and bang at the hands of amateur drivers. So perhaps they are simply using up their old supply of unwanted 308-era parts, all in the name of carying on the show.

I think that the funny part about it is mixing up Classiche, which is supposed to be Ferrari's hoity toity imprimatur on originality, with a totally whacked 308 on their lift.
