Removing small dash vents at the top / sides?

    Sorry I've done a search and seen listings to remove the FRONT (round) vents, as well as the defroster vent at the windshield.

    What I can't find is the instructions to remove the little rectangular vents that are near the front of the dash, on the top.

    I assume they are simple pop-outs like the others, but before I start prying I wanted to double check.

    I have a F430, but on mine I push them toward the doors a mm or two and then pop them out starting from the side toward the center of the car.

    I don’t have a good pic of the back side, sorry, but they do clip in.

    If you are asking about the picture in post #2,yes, they pop out. I used the bent end of a coat hanger to slip in and under one of the vent slots.

    Be careful, I don't think replacements are easy to find. I just had my 360 dash recovered and used rizzo's defrost vents and new 430 ac vents but couldn't find new small ones.

    They come out fairly easy but you want to protect the leather and use a tool that is non marring. I use a plastic windshield tool and a few pieces of green painters tape to protect the leather.
