How about those yellow Costco microfiber towels? Are those good?

The yellow Costco towels are pretty good and reasonably priced too, but they are largely made of polyester. You’ll get better results with mostly cotton towels, such as the ones that Griot’s sells.

I have used Griots waffle towels and found them to be very good. Now for drying I use the Master Blaster which is exceptional.

You didn't say what purpose you were using a waffle weave towel for. Here is what I use:
For drying: Adams white waffle weave (Which only use on daily drivers. Nicer cars get the Adams Ultra Plush drying towel, Chemical Guys Wooly Mammoth or the Master Blaster)
For waterless wash: Adams waterless wash towel
For glass: Chemical Guys glass & window waffle weave towel

For anything microfiber... go to The Rag Company. I've had every towel from everywhere... if they're not already made by Rag Company... they likely won't be as good.

For drying I love the Autofiber Drednaught. They're heavy, soak up a lot of water, and last a long time too just make sure you're washing and drying them correctly or they will become hydrophobic.

And let it dry naturally or use some microfiber cloths to completely dry it?

Whenever I can, use compressed air. It removes most but not all the water.

If you have ceramic or a good coat of wax the car will be totally dry after using a leaf blower. It will also take much less time, get the water out of the seams and leave no swirl marks. You might need to wipe the glass off with a micro or waffle to avoid any streaks.
