I need some dimensions and am having a hard time finding them since my car is a US spec car. Does anyone have a harness who can please provide some dimensions. I’ve included three options. I just need a starting point. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
errr didn't you already answer your own question? Do you see those plates (outlined in red) on your car? If you don't, probably not the best/safest idea to try to install them this way.
Those plates aren’t my car Al, they were off a thread from years ago. I plan to fabricate my own and better.
One option is to contact Mike Ferran, who has been down this road (track) before: http://www.ferranautomotive.com/rollbar.html

One final note, and I don't want to be the Debbie Downer here.... but a 4-point harness is nowhere 'safe enough' in my opinion for aggressive track driving. I doubt it would even be permitted for sanctioned competition in most classes. It might look racy, but without a submarine strap, a simple 4-point harness I think is only slightly better than 3-point road harnesses (and maybe in some situations actually worse). Lastly, I think a harness is a burden for road use, compared to a 3-point retractor system.
I agree with you. I have decided to not track my Scud anymore. I will be abusing the Abarth from now on. Only reason I want to install these is because I got a killer deal on them.
