I’m still awaiting my Portofino. Have the current owners in this forum experienced any reliability issues with the car? Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat.com mobile app
3000 miles and 9 months .. nothing other than tyre pressure alarm going off when it shouldn't so its booked in for a check
I had a tyre pressure sensor alarm go off, but it turned out to be correct as I had a nail in the tyre. I intermittently keep getting the Numberplate Lamp failure. This is normally with the roof down and doing some spirited driving. My local dealer could not find a fault. I also had the fuel reserve light flash up once even so I had a full tank.
I heard a rumour about a bad batch of TPMS sensors a while back. If that is true, it may be as simple as that why some experience TPMS issues.
Only a couple of months in to ownership, but my only problem so far has been wiping the grin off my face after driving it...
I had the same issue as well. I went ahead an put 1 extra PSI in each tire and reset the TPM. Must be a glitch
Sounds like Gcsdave is the winner here. You guys need to drive!! Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat
I don't mean for this to be a rhetorical question, however, how many miles is a Ferrari engine expected to last with scheduled maintenance?
Had my first issue today. Car has about 600 miles. Drove it about 30 miles. Parked for 4 hours. Started car and warning lights “full electrical power failure drive to dealer” Dealer has the car and shows low voltage. They will be looking at it next week. My guess will need a new battery.
Was the car not properly locked? Was the car key close to the car? Was your phone connected to the usb during parking?
No to all the questions. I didn’t have my phone with me that day. The car key was with me and about 5 miles from where the car was parked. Hope to find out the issue next week.
