    Wonderful, congrats!
Weren't you tempted to do with red calipers to match the body colour?

Thanks mate. And to answer your question - not at all. I see the yellow caliper as tying in with certain other exterior elements and, have always preferred the look of the yellow over the red. Yellow is also associated to a PCCB too so.. yeah I like the look.

Didn't Porsche pair their carbon brakes with yellow calipers? Red was featured with the steel brakes.

They sure did and created a stigma in the process! Silver = base steel, Red = big steel ( aka big reds) Yellow = PCCB. Many now make the association by caliper color.

    • Today.... getting closer to the official run in now. Deserted long windy roads with a mix of straights and a lot of bends thankfully. Bends is what this car is all about. @ 3hrs point to point. Each leg. Tires and brakes run in perfectly. Just the engine to go now.

Thanks of2worlds....was a nice day out in the bush.
Believe me when I say it felt very cold outside and was very windy as well today, blowing off the snowy mountains - they are currently experiencing some good snowfalls with forecast of more over the coming days. Tops of 17 where I was. Roads - I came across only 2 cars point to point so it was an isolated drive in that sense.
Perfect conditions. Pity Pista wasn't fully run in :). My lovely passenger probably equally thankful of that. And yes it is very red indeed. Stands out like a beacon in the sun.
