My usual go to on comparing similar cars with mileage differences is $1.50/mile on the difference.....so while close, the 6k mile cars wins for me.

My old pappy always told me: If you want to double check the odometer, look at the wear on the pedals.

As these cars are only 3 years old, it's a toss-up.
A garage queen may not be a good deal, as Italian cars do better running than sitting.

The 25K mile car is 8K per year, give or take. That may translate to some winter use. As the dealer is in CT, that might not be a good thing.
The 6K mile car is 2K per year, or so. That's pretty low miles for a car that gets driven.

But, at those prices, $25K isn't that much of a delta.

I'd probably opt for ... the one with the better dealer warranty. ;)

All other things being equal, the lower mileage car may be a better choice.

But it largely depends on how much *you* will drive it.
If you're going to be racking up high miles, it doesn't make sense to pay for the lower odo reading that you'll just wipe out.

+1. Also he claims he will drive 4-5000 miles a year for 3 years but sometimes life gets in the way.

If keeping for a while get the higher mileage car. Just turned 40k miles on my 612 and plan to continue to drive it as much as I can

Way too many folks drinking the Kool Aid.

Amazing how Ferrari has managed to convince otherwise level headed, successful business people that it’s absolutely mandatory to throw away thousands of $$ on an option that arguably does nothing to enhance the looks or performance of their vehicle. No doubt they are laughing all the way to the bank.

So much so that some folks are putting fake shield stickers on their cars.

Of these two, the lower mileage always.

But, both interiors are super boring and I’d find a different one.

1 is a dealer that you can get ferrari CPO factory techs , everything addressed , looked over and warranty extensions. 1 is basically a private sale .... my 2-cents go to the dealer , use the 25k towards warranties and drive it like you stole it.

    No one needs a Ferrari.
A Toyota is a better car in most ways at a tenth the price.
Ferrari "laughs" every single time any car, with or without shields, is sold.
Yet successful intellegent people buy them every day.
    Humans... go figure.

If buying used, get the newest, lowest mileage version of the car you want...and a good, transferable warranty. Then, drive it, drive, it drive it. My reasoning for this is to get the latest software, minor tweaks for known issues that arose in earlier versions + the newer/lower mileage car will usually have better pricing/coverage for an extended warranty. Downside would be if you live in a state with high car sales taxes...so that is something else to consider.

Plot twist: the cars without shields will become more valuable because they end up becoming rarer.

20K miles is worth a lot, more than the difference in price in my view at this level. Shields are a plus too. However 3 owners and discrepancies in car fax data mess up the value of the low mileage car, unless you or the dealer can ring the car data company and get them to commit to fixing their data before you buy. It should be a matter or reputation for the company and the dealer selling the car to sort that out. This is apparently a 250K car after all. I would also find out who the previous owners were and give them a call. If this sounds like too much work, find a different car. Sometimes the colour of a car is more important to saleability and value than mileage or condition, especially on a Ferrari.

The shields, as with low mileage, may be argued by many as not necessary, and yet, it seems to me that the marketplace will punish you on resale if you are lacking either. Unless people have proof of completed deals that are not so?

punish is aggressive - lets quantify it with real numbers - $4 to 8k difference, maybe? def not $15 to 20k difference.
