Hi everyone, I am looking to purchase an F430, preferable one with "higher" miles since I plan to drive it often without taking to big of a hit on depreciation. I am looking at this one in particular on Car Gurus. I wanted to get some thoughts and opinions on the price. Based on the Carfax report, it was involved in one accident and used as a rental car for two years.

wow seems a bit steep on price for what you get. 9 owners, rental company, accident, blown out interior, 51k on the odometer, first year production, etc. its only been on sale for 35 days to. i imagine this car is going to be tough to move. i would probably balk at $70k let alone $82k. Why not spend $10-$15k more and get a well sorted car?

That car has "bad ownership experience" written all over it.

Agree. Way over priced and potential money pit. I purchased my cpo 07 spider 3 months ago. The market is really soft. You can pick up a well sorted coupe for $80 ish with negotiating. The classified section here has awesome F430 for not much more.

I’d pass on that one for sure! If you don’t find anything in the next 2 weeks, my F430 will be up for sale then...

Get one with higher mileage that has had all the typical issues sorted out.

If you plan on keeping the car for a long period also check on manual 360s.
Fully depreciated and may be ticking upward soon.
