I would appreciate it if someone can suggest me a vintage Ferrari broker based in Europe. Thank you!

... and you might consider placing this request to more appropriate forum section, like the one dedicated for Europe.
It might also help if you narrow the request down to what part of Europe, what era or type of vintage Ferrari and whether you’re looking to buy or sell.

And vintage Ferrari are a global commodity. A broker who lives in New York might have lots of European contacts or they might have none. Posting why you need a broker might help. Eg you might be looking to purchase a GTE? Or you might like to sell a PF Coupe? Or you might have a barn find car. Some genuine brokers have specific model knowledge and some know nothing, and are just looking to make a deal.

    Street cars, or,
    Team cares, or
Racing cars(Team cars are defacto racing cars)?

In truth, if a street car with an expected price of over 5M USD-its pretty much the same crowd....
Knowing the owners is best, and or makes for the cleanest deals-IMO/experience...
Avoid "dealers" IMO...discrete and well connected people are available....
MY only advice-forgrt about looking or "deals"-find the BEST example you can, and pay for it-you will be happier in the long game, as a motoring enthusiast and, as a financial man...

Try DK Engineering, Mario Bernardi, Girado. There's a pile of vintage dealers.
