Looks as though the crowds stayed away by the droves.

What was it like 130ºF at Homestead on the weekend?

They really ought to think about the weather when scheduling events such as this.

FNA was doing an annual event at Homestead with Corse Clienti, Ferrari Challenge, etc. in
late February/early March for a while. Those were great events well worth attending however
still lightly attended as a friend pointed out, "If this was happening in Europe, there'd be 100,000
    people here!".

any outdoor event in Florida in September will either be blazing hot, or hit by a hurricane. maybe both

I thought the scheduling was curious too.

If climate worsens over time as some people suggest it will, perhaps certain places (the Bahamas, for example...or even Florida) will have to be abandoned due to extreme conditions?
