Only 63 units will be built of Lamborghini's newest hypercar, and their first production hybrid vehicle, at a price tag of €2,010,000 plus taxes each, all of which are sold out.
So the 550k Stradale has 170hp more than the 2.1 million dollar Sián??? Wtf is lambo thinking?? What’s the point of the this car?
Another Special Edition so the buyer feels super-special? Just enough battery to beat London’s upcoming regs? When you fly your ride all the way there, you want to be vaguely compliant w the law, or at least appeal to the hippie chicks. Just speculating here.
Two additional thoughts: If I had lambo SE money and the garage space, I'd consider the Sian. i like it with my primal adolescent brain. It looks like a proper exotic. When you consider the design compared to other marques' approach to the future (melted marshmallow esthetic?), the Sian looks like The Future. That being said, I'm curious to know the weight of the additional electric motors, batteries and requisite bits and bobs. I feel like power:weight is going to be an important consideration going forward as more marques integrate electric with ICE, especially at lower tiered models that cannot just throw 1000hp of ICE into the mix to compensate for lack-luster EV tech. As to OP's comparison, IMHO the Sian and SF90 should not be compared as similar models from different manufacturers.
SF90 Stradale Top speed; 340 kph (211 mph) V8 twin turbocharged 1000 ps (986 bhp) 800 Nm (590 lb-ft) Sian Top speed; 351 kph (218 mph) V12 naturally aspirated 819 ps (808 bhp) 760 Nm (561 lb-ft) Verdict Sian is the fastest by a small margin.
So, you are judging a car's overal performance soleley by it's claimed (not even verified) top speed, like playing top trumps? How old are you again?
I cannot believe that nobody has pointed out the obvious camaro tail lights yet! Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat
