Mattia Binotto was under serious pressure but most of that has now been released after back-to-back wins in the hands of Charles Leclerc. The Ferrari boss was spotted recording the crowd's reaction during the podium celebrations.

Even though Sebastian Vettel made a major error during the race, Binotto can't be seen without a smile in front of the camera.
"Whether you're a team boss or not, this is just a great feeling. We have had a difficult season and it is fantastic to win here. I think that the pressure that Charles puts on himself only gives him a boost, instead of creating extra pressure," Binotto told Sky Sports.
"Charles made a great step after the summer and just makes a few mistakes during a race. The team also deserves compliments, because the strategy was right today. We knew that the wear would be a problem, so the choice for the hard tire was daring, but perfectly executed by the team."
"I'm very happy with the result, but I'm also exhausted. The weekend was very debilitating. I haven't talked to Seb yet. It is a pity that he started that mistake, because he could have had a good race," the Italian concludes.

Ross Brawn has made a link between Charles Leclerc and Michael Schumacher after the young Ferrari driver won the Italian Grand Prix last weekend. Many criticized some of Leclerc's driving but Brawn believes that pushing the limits is part of what makes a great champion.
"Leclerc did not surrender in the race and pushed the boundaries of the rules, as great champions must always do," says Brawn in his race review after the Italian Grand Prix. "In fact, he was also very cunning in the way he dealt with the bizarre situation during qualifying.
“The thing that impresses me the most is how quickly Leclerc learns from the things he does. He is getting better, as a driver and as a person."
The technical director of Formula 1 also hinted at the future of the Ferrari driver. "The last Ferrari man to win Spa and Monza back-to-back was Michael Schumacher in 1996. Perhaps history is starting to repeat itself..."

F1 motorsport managing director Ross Brawn feels Ferrari should make it a “priority” to get Sebastian Vettel back on track, saying it will be “essential” for their 2020 hopes.
While his team-mate Charles Leclerc won the Italian Grand Prix from pole position, Vettel endured a dismal weekend as he was only fourth fastest in qualifying and then finished down in P13.
His race at Monza was compromised after he made an unforced error that saw him spin off the track and drove into Lance Stroll’s path.
With Leclerc winning back-to-back races, Vettel now finds himself behind his team-mate in the Drivers’ standings.

With Leclerc winning back-to-back races, Vettel now finds himself behind his team-mate in the Drivers’ standings.

The German, though, is adamant that he has “not fallen out of love with F1”, but Brawn says Ferrari needs to help him to regain his confidence.

“Vettel is clearly one of the greats of our sport, but at this tough time he really needs the support of the team to regain the confidence he seems to be lacking at the moment,” he said in his post-race review.

“Vettel is clearly one of the greats of our sport, but at this tough time he really needs the support of the team to regain the confidence he seems to be lacking at the moment,” he said in his post-race review.

“That, as well as pushing on with the car development, has to be a priority for Mattia Binotto in the coming weeks.

“It won’t be easy, but it is essential especially in terms of 2020.”

Brawn says that Vettel only has himself to blame for his race day woes, adding that history is repeating itself as the four-time World Champion is experiencing the same problems he had during his final season at Red Bull.

“Sebastian made two mistakes on lap seven, spinning and then hitting Stroll and the errors look even worse in light of Leclerc’s double victory in Spa and Monza,” he said.

“It’s an unavoidable fact that no matter who the driver is and regardless of how good things are in the team, your first rival is always your team-mate.

“To a certain extent, Sebastian is experiencing what he felt at Red Bull in his final year there, in 2014, when he found himself up against Daniel Ricciardo, a youngster setting incredible pace.”

Valtteri Bottas has praised Charles Leclerc for the way that he raced at the Italian Grand Prix and says that a Ferrari driver should always be a "tough racer." Bottas was unable to overtake and finished the race in second place.
“I heard some talk in the press conference but I have no clue what happened [between Leclerc and Hamilton],” he is quoted by Autosport.com.
“But for sure he’s racing hard. When you’re in the lead there’s no way you want to give it up.
“For a young guy he is a very tough racer, which is good to see.
“As you should [be] when you’re a Ferrari driver.”
Bottas will hope that Leclerc does not keep winning and put pressure on his position in the championship.
