My birthday a couple of nights ago, so went with a Flannery Dry-aged, bone-in 2.2lb prime rib eye. Served it with corn and potato. And washed down with a bottle of 2000 Chateau Cantenac Brown from Margaux. Ania made some chocolate lava cake for dessert with some fresh whipped cream and blueberries. Great night, great meal.
