I recently bought a 2012 QPS, wow is all I can say. The Gen 5.5 update resolved all the complaints from the peanut gallery over the Gen 5.0 A true "Poor Man's 4-door Ferrari daily driver." Dirt cheap and I have no shortage of Maserati mechanical experts around me.

The F430 derived engine is sublime. I updated it with Naviplus myself as well. Totally brought into the 21st Century without having to worry about nanny aids. Really only thing I wish it had was rear-cross traffic alert. Other then that, very pleased.

Haha. Ok now, let's be fair here. I did not and would not tell anyone that their car looks like ****. I bet there are tons of ugly cars owned on Fchat, but I've never told someone that. It was a dealer who had someone else's car and the seat looked meh. Steering wheel leather looked a bit greasy too. Maybe it was the light, who knows, it was a 30K km car, so obviously it's going to be worn.

And it was a For Sale post not in the For Sale section. Not my fault if you're trying to promote a $2M car with low quality photos.

I've known @ttforcefed for many years, he is one of the smartest people you will ever encounter. When he has a different opinion from mine, I usually ask myself where I went wrong.

The problem with asking if any particular car is worth the asking price is it often comes down to the question "to whom"- and by that I mean it will depend on your ability and objectives.

I don't think so. 1italiantrash had a 90% troll post rate. noone1 is much better, many of his posts are quite reasonable.

The truth is I quite enjoy trolls. I think it stems from the fact I was bullied often as a kid. Now that we're all adults, when you see ass-hat behavior, it doesn't cut deep anymore, so all that left is a spectacle that tingles masochistic elements in our lesser (primal?) selves.

At the end what trolls don't realize is long term, it's self-defeating, akin to punching yourself in the face (oh how we've seen trolls here do that over and over, remember 'dansage'?), a one-person freak show. I'm sure @noone1 didn't expect folks to actually keep track of him calling elements of an owner's car **** (for no apparent reason other then to be a boorish?) What did it gain him? Really? Other then to further alienate and build upon his negative reputation here?

Human nature does take notice of accidents on the road. It's hard-wired in us, thankfully it all just fun banter here. I guess every court needs their jesters and clowns. I personally think most trolls are closet comedians, they just haven't had the courage to take to stage their repressed 'talents,' so anonymous online forums are the only outlet.

Really, what they should be doing is doing open-mics, there the buffoonery and baiting is not only expected, but may actually allow them to gain a following with prestige. A win-win for everyone.

Well maybe the owner will see the post and think "Hey, why did my broker take such bad pictures of my car for a for sale ad?"

If you're going to market a $2M car, spend a couple hundred bucks on a photographer...

Yeah, unfortunately, it's the same smell, remember those two jokers a few years back? Spent all their time 'educating' us all? With the same air of 'know-it-all' for added measure.

@noone1, what you think of Pokemon cards and their valuations? No seriously, my daughter loves those cards and I spend a ton of them. I couldn't care less about them, so I don't frequent the Pokemon enthusiast boards, so hoping you can give me some advice.

I asked @ttforcefed and he told me I should dump em all now as where at a 'high point', but that made my daughter cry, what do you think? @ttforcefed said that the Charizard card was one to hang on to though, but I didn't know what that meant.

Nope, but I tested it around the time I sold my McLaren and have driven all the normal models. All the transmissions works roughly the same, hence why I had to explain auto mode to socal, IIRC. It was a long time ago, I don't remember what was said, but Paulchua might remember...
