    Nice design on the side and rear but less sporty than the current 4 which is very nice. It looks more like a 2-door Impala, but thankfully not a 2-door 3-series.

    The grille will probably be less pronounced on the production 4 but will presage the M3 and M4 grille, judging by the spy pics of the M3.

    The front is grotesque. The rest of the car is ok, but none of it makes me think "BMW". Too few links to the heritage of their brand's design nomenclature.

    What the hell are they doing? Kill it with fire.

    I can see that being a successful niche market. Here in Vegas I see so many 'kit cars' that I never saw living in Los Angeles. People out here want something that looks unique.
