I adjusted the buzzer from maximum to minimum but when i take my seatbelt off its still had maximum volume - so what does the buzzer volume setting actually adjust?

I pray every night that there is away of turning that sound down or off! It’s really the only thing that bothers me about the car.

Yes, the freakin buzzer is annoying! Wish we could remove it altogether.

Mine works lol. The plastic things around the ceiling lights in the back by the window rattle on my car. Drives me nuts

Both FF's that I've hand, and now the Lusso do the same thing, same with my California. I found the only solution ... a simple one ... Put the seatbelt on BEFORE turning on the ignition ... and shut the car off BEFORE taking off the seatbelt.

It's my understanding that there's no way to disable the seatbelt chime short of removing the actual speaker in the dashboard. As others have said, put on the seatbelt first.

UK cars don’t chime, the issue is your steering wheel is on the wrong side! Joking aside, it seems to be a US thing. I had a Jeep that chimed at everything possible, drove me mad.
