I don't feel like going out. Have some frozen Angus beef burger patties from Costco. I'll just make those tonight. I'll do sashimi tomorrow.
Call up Uber Eats or whatever that service is called that delivers to you. Not sure I'd trust them with raw seafood though. T
Waiting for my favorite Japanese restaurant to open at 4pm. Sashimi and chopped scallop rolls, can't wait!
On my way home. Had skillet salmon twice with canned green beans, skillet moose with canned green beans, moose fajitas twice with black beans, moose burritos, skillet pork chops with canned gb and skillet chicken thighs with canned gb. My first meal, then it rained.........and rained.......and rained.......and rained...... Image Unavailable, Please Login PS I ate my first potatoes since March for breakfast as we started out each day with an hour long 0.9 mile hike up “the hill” to glass for moose. Brutal. On day 3 I figured I needed the carbs. Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat.com mobile app
Any pics of the moose dishes? Did fish tacos last night - mahi, zucchini and red onions with a cantaloupe soup to cool things down when I put too much hot sauce on mine. T
Made all the stuff for beef tacos. I just ran up to the store for tortillas. A Wendy's across the street, I was hungry. Ended up getting a spicy chicken sandwich and a coke. Guess that will be my dinner.
Now that's what I call mission drift! Image Unavailable, Please Login Busted out one of the French gals* to cook up some shaved beef for burritos. Added a little chili seasoning. Popped it in a tortilla. T
Heavy sigh...my last dinner in Wyoming after first moving here 17 years ago. Being in Wyoming and living in the Rockies has been the happiest days of my life. Truly life changing to escape the concrete jungle and live where things are both simpler and more honest. Melancholic tonight. My last meal here had to be a dry aged flannery ribeye, grilled potato and a nice red. (No Ania joining me tonight as she is already in London.) I’m going to miss this place...a lot. Ania also fell in love with the mountains and already is talking about how we could return someday. We shall see... Anyways, one last meal on the back deck watching the sunset while sipping a nice wine and grilling a steak: Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Feel for you. As much as I’d wanted to relo to London, don’t think I could give up those mountains you have.
A fine last meal, as it were. Best of luck in London. I'm sure you'll have new adventures there with your lady by your side! T
Dad and brother are over watching boxing. Made another batch of pesto for linguine noodles. Also made a rack of ribs on the grill. I'm stuffed!
Left overs night. Still have a few ribs left and beef taco mix. Was thinking pizza, but want to eat up the left overs.
Pot roast potatoes and cupcakes Not a veggie in site! I forgot. Lol. Some kinda ultra lite went by. Nifty. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat
Did Kirkland Angus frozen burgers patties. Trying to finish off the bag of patties. Used Portuguese buns.
I hope you have guests, almost everything at Costco comes in mega sizes! From the other night. Whipped up some Tortizzas at the request of the wife. Stove top variety.
