Looking for a RH fuel pump for an 05 Spyder, Maserati part #184348. I've contacted approximately 15-20 different vendors with no luck. ALL sites that show a picture of the pump through a Google search (after they've been contacted) have an incorrect inventory.

Maserati North America no longer supplies the pump and is not restocking it.

    Any help?

    No need to be cute!
It was confirmed when I decided to help you by furnishing the Bosch cross-reference as well as a link to buy it.

    No further comments warranted.

It's an internet forum and not everything that's posted on here is correct so since he's running professional service garage he probably checked more than one spot, which is prudent. I wouldn't take it as a knock against you and after all you gave him the clue!

As the prior poster also was getting at, I highly doubt he meant his "confirmation post" as a slight to you...actually my thought was he was further complimenting your successful sleuthing by saying "guys, its absolutely right". I can (sorta) see how you might feel put off by that, but I'm confident he meant it as complimentary. Which reminds me:

Awesome sleuthing job...finding alternative parts for these cars is so appreciated!
