I have seen non TM cars with more $$$ in options than TM cars. TM cars always need to have an unique interior with TM materials and leather. But personally, I have never seen a TM car with less than 150K in extra options.

Certainly - my TMs cost more than £125k each car ... so with your figures I would 100% go for TM— amazing experience ..... infact there is NO discussion of costs or price at the TM visit in maranello so you actually go for a bit of a wild ride in great specs - worth going a bit wild

Does anyone know if a golfbag incl. clubs and driver or even two golfbags will fit into the trunk of the 812 GTS? I would say 1.3m width or diagonal dimension of the trunk would be sufficient to fit at least one golfset.

I believe similar to the 812, one set driver out to get it in, maybe two pencil`/`Sunday bags

    Fantastic spec.

is pure metal silver a matte or glossy paint?
Is it 30k like triple layer or more custom and toward 50k type of paint?
Any picture of the paint itself?

If you look carefully in the picture I attached, there are two paint sample on top of the red heritage leather. One of them is the Pure Metal Silver and the other one is for my stripe.

As for cost, they don't discuss cost at TM session. Their motto is "if you had to ask..."

Pure Metal Silver is a metallic paint, triple layer and it's Tailor Made specific, so I would guess more 30k.

If you are very short they may fit in !
But being serious I don't think the trunk would be big enough for one set from memory.

Here she is, my Tailor Made 812 GTS in Pure Metal Silver. The interior rendering shows the door grab handle in aluminum, but it's in carbon. I think we just missed doing that in the photoshop rendering. Main features of the car:

    Exterior
    - Dark red racing stripe going narrow from the front bumper extending all the way (wide) into the rear deckled
    - Painted shield
    - Painted black brake caliper
    - Forged diamond cut finish on wheels
    - All exterior pieces in carbon fiber

    Interior
    - Heritage leather in red
    - Special shiny silver leather piping and shiny silver stitching on Cavallino
    - Classic vertical stripe seat center
    - Tone on tone stitching
    - Lower center tunnel and lower footwell area in diamond stitching
    - All interior pieces in carbon except door panel because we want to showcase the heritage leather

A couple of things that we considered but eventually scrapped:

    - Colored carbon in red, which is a nice bordeaux finish, but nicked it because we feel it's too much and provide too much red on the inside
    - Color stripes on the steering wheel and transmission buttons (getting sporty, away from the classy theme we want to maintain)
    - Contrasting stitching (eg. black leather with bordeaux stitching, heritage leather with black stitching)
    - Stripe in Grigio Coburn, to make the exterior less pop and have the interior with the red leather as the main "pop" (I thought hard about this, but eventually went with the dark red stripe, but I feel either way would work well)

what a bold spec! Congratulations for not going with the Obvious!
Not sure I fancy the red striping, but as a whole I do see what you're going with.
    Congrats!

Interesting that the TM configurator can display painted shields properly, but the dealer configurator can't.

Because it’s not a configurator, lol. It’s literally the designer working in photoshop and updating the changes on the fly as we speccing out the build. Nothing can beat that ;)

    Absolutely Fabulous!!!! Bravo!!

    Suggestions:
    * You can have the rubber grip surrounds on the air vents either in the standard bright red or black. I would go with black as the bright red doesn't really go with the interior- though you could argue it matches the lettering on the "812 Superfast" emblem....

    * make sure to confirm all the places you have tone on tone stitch and where you have some kind of color/ contrast stitch.

Really beautiful spec. Love the silver with the red stripe and the way you have it widening towards the rear gives a nice perspective. Congratulations
