Who can say , or has any information , as to how many 365GT 2+2 cars are left which are still on the road ? 800 + 1 prototype have been built frpm 1967 to 1971 . How many in European version, Usa version and in RHD ? The huge size of today's cars are making this car now look wide low and sexy ;-) Image Unavailable, Please Login
Not all have survived. Some were also cannibalized and converted into 250 Cal Spiders, 250 GTO's, 250 SWB's, Grintosa Specials, 365 GT 2+2 Spiders, and all sorts of horrible creations. Marcel Massini Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
I think it's very difficult to know the surviving cars. Maybe 2/3 ? Maybe we should build a registry ? Mine is euro-spec, with yellow headlights (France origin) Image Unavailable, Please Login

12515, 12605 and 12611 were all rebodied by Bachelli & Villa Carrozzeria Auto Sport in Bastiglia (near Modena) into some sort of Spider with an entirely new front design as well, commissioned by Luigi Chinetti Jr.. 12515 was never completed. Marcel Massini
Could someone combine what we see in Marcel's pictures in post #2 with what's left under this Mickey Mouse car to make a real Ferrari again ?
avorio or bianco ? In refrence to your old post here with the 60's colors : https://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/threads/official-ferrari-f12-tdf-picture-thread.502417/page-328 When I buy the car in 2006, it was already blue
Bianco Tetrarch or Bianco Tetratema, the code is important: 1.441.110. Pininfarina uses the name Avorio The Tetrarch, the factory uses Bianco The Tetrarch. The key is the actual color code, not the name. Marcel Massini
When 2491GT wore its Zagato bodywork it came awfully close... This poor puppy was once a SWB California spider. Thankfully, it is once again! Image Unavailable, Please Login Matt
I agree that 2491 is not pretty, but I think that 12605 sets a standard for being ugly that is seldom reached.
This is from a magazine (possibly Auto Express) from about 1990. I am not sure if the article is wrong or if the original plan was to use a Daytona chassis! Image Unavailable, Please Login
Hello, In case anyone is putting together a 365 GT registry, I have a European version that is coming out of a 5.5-year restoration with Frank Zucchi in California. Chassis number #11508 with matching number engine. Pictures to follow, hopefully soon. New color Grigio Fumo and original red interior.
