Does the stripe extend through the roof - any roof up shots ?

 

I was told the depth of the trunk is affected but not width which would mean clubs fit like the 812

 

Yes, the stripe continues through the roof.

A nice detail is the flair or tapered stripe in the rear. Really puts the emphasis where it belongs: in the muscular rear end.

 

Hi all. Very inspired by that beautiful spec 812 GTS. During a visit to California I saw this Ferrari. I would like to duplicate this Colour on my 812 GTS. Any idea what colour this may be?

I agree. Honestly, that’s the norm, I believe. This is the asymmetric Pista stripe which we designed at TM. The standard Pista Spider stripe another example.

This GTS spec is very tastefully done. I look forward to seeing the finished product. The TM pdf’s rarely do the spec true justice.

Pure Metal Silver was not given a number when Mr Coburn used it with his Grigio Coburn for the tdF.

Pure Metal Silver back then was referred to as a 'prototype' color with no number shown on the paint sticker at that time in 2017.
Ron was considering Pure Metal Silver maybe he has the code number now?

I like the 599 SA Aperta style windshield molding in silver. Was that a request of the client? Very nice talented result; sort of has a F60 America feel in that blue/red color combination!

I know for a fact that Ferrari's Liquid Metal Silver is not the same 5 stage process, 9 layers paint as on the Porsche 918 Spyder. It might have the same name, but it's not the same color.
