He hasn’t been charged yet. Keep us updated. Not a good combination of factors - fast, 3am and no seatbelt- so far.

I hate to speculate, but that's what forums are for. ;)

    Most Likely
    • UI
    • Speeding
    • Between UI and Speeding car out did him
    Possible (speculation!)
    • Boardwalk customer as newer 488 Spider
    • stolen or borrowed?

Here he is. Won the IIBF & WBC World Welterweight Championship a few weeks ago. I hope he recovers.

If people want to explore the limits of their car it should be done on a track.

not sure why they put it, I can certainly understand in a suspect situation, but this wasn't.

You know, when the 360 first came out, and there were some 430s too, the owners just "underestimate the car" and launch it right off the road.
I recall a 430 Spider fatality, in Dallas at the time.

Its way to early to say it was "his mistake" but I would have damned sure had my seat belt on and tight, as taking that windshield frame square in the face would damn sure wipe off your smile.

"Get well soon", is what we should offer a co-owner.

    Wow. Crazy crash.
Hope he makes a full recovery. And, learns to drive with a seat belt. It's a miracle he wasn't injured more.

If you want to push your car do a track day - public roads with all the unforeseen crap that happens on them even at 3am isn’t the place for that and if you push any of our cars and don’t wear a seatbelt then sorry that is just Darwinism at its finest

I would have to study that...he's obviously "up" or hard against a high curb at the first and then I guess shear speed, with the friction trips the car "up" as the rear end over takes the nose. That's scary how easy it was airborne........and then tumbling end over end....

Really guys and ladies...."Easy does it"
