Novitec NF9 21x10 on the front and 22x12 on the rear with Novitec lowering springs. I love that they nailed the wheel offset and Scottsdale Ferrari nailed the ride height! Also super surprised how little the ride quality changed. Its a tad more bumpy, but I expected much much worse.

Looks great. Love the wheels although being that low would make me queasy - I'm glad mine doesn't scrape on my daily routes.

Need some tint! With the desert sun, that was the first thing I did.

Did you drop it on the factory springs? Does it have a front lift (because I’ve read you can’t drop it if it does). Asking for a friend!

How many labor hours to lower a F458 on Novitec springs? Lowering a Porsche 991 TTS is an 8 hour job at the dealer

Depends on where u do yours. My friend got it done for about 4 hrs. ( my speciale have front lifter which take longer than non-lifter ones). He told me dealer charge about 10hrs labor to do it, they drain the front hydraulic.

You nailed it, man. Beautiful. Curious as the comparative weight between the factory combo and the Novitec?

Both cars look great. Be sure to get an alignment after dropping your car.

Dealer did the alignment with mine, surprised it was only $359, that seemed somewhat reasonable for getting it done at the dealer.

On a side note, I am gettin some front rubbing on dips in the road, seems the front inner fender lining is scrapping against the tire. Other I assume run into this as well?

Do anyone have measurements of the front height adjustment?

It seems like my novitec drops the car way lower than what I've seen in pictures.

Car is a 458 with lifter

I did adjust the Factory front coils in order to raise up little bit, My front was also rubbing at full locking turn. But now no rubbing at all.

    Looks great.

If its that small of a rub and the screws are now gone, let it self clear and don't worry about it. If it's worse, raise the car a touch.

Hmmm. To me it makes the front wheel arches look way out of proportion. The rear is not so bad, but the front wheel fitment in realtion to the arch looks way off. Not a fan.

A lot of factory sports cars are like this, I think we aren't used to it because the 458 has abnormally big wheel gaps.

Take a look at a factory spec Porsche GT2 and the front wheel arch for example...

Wheels are fresh man, good choice. I prefer the 20/21 setup personally but obv to each their own. Love the Novitec engraving!

Not sure what's going on with that GT2. Here's a GT3RS and it "fits" Image Unavailable, Please Login

There are a few manufactures doing it like that, yes. But to me that's as much off and I don't like it. You don't see this on a lot of other cars. McLaren, Lamborghini, Maserati etc. as well as Porsche normally as shown.

I do understand what's going on with the 458, and the huge gap that car came with, is definitely one of it's major design flaws visually, Funny how those who always praise the visual perfection of the 458 compared to the other models, always fail to mention the quite hideous wheel fitment visually, both in terms of offset as well as wheel gap. I also think it aides in the look if the gap is no smaller than 2/3 of the tyre profile as well. Less than that, and it looks squeezed to me. When a car is lowered, the gap should at least be equal between the 10 and 2 o'clock position, and preferably from 9 to 3. But that is usually impossible unless the top gap was larger than side gaps from the factory.

But hey, what ever floats your boat. It's your car and if it works for you, that's what's most important.

I hear ya, and may actually raise it just a touch (1/4"). While visually I think it looks spot on, I dont like that it rubs the inner fender lining, it makes a noise in the cabin when it happens that makes it sound "cheap".

Again though visually, I think its perfection. :)
