No, I’m afraid not - we had our builder make it for us when he was renovating our house. But I’m sure it would be straightforward for a decent handyman to replicate if you showed him the photo

Google "airplane wire railing" and a number of options will come up.

In UK, there are manufacturers of handrail and balustrades that offer various types for both internal and external use, using different materials for both the rail and vertical screen. There are building regulations that have to be complied with although most of those relate to installations in public buildings and the loading that the system has to be compliant with. Have a look at https://laidlaw.co.uk/balustrades/ - I would think that there must be similar manufacturers in USA - you probably would not be able to buy direct from them but they would have authorised installers/distributors who you could approach.

For an unobstructed view I would opt for tempered glass panels with a railing either of stainless or wood.

Knowing the laws of gravity I personally would put in a solid wall. If you want esthetics then maybe glass panels, but no gap on the bottom.
You can guarantee that if something falls it will magically bounce, or roll, and then fall onto your car below, if given the opportunity.

Wow, some great ideas here. Love the idea of a mezzanine above the cars, and I can actually fit one in my place, I may pinch some ideas if I end up staying here longer than anticipated

Excellent point. Was going to go cable....change of plans! I will have a large slot car track up there and sometimes they go flying off even with the plexi surround around the table.
