Looks like somebody needed an extra two position switch to perform some function, exhaust bypass valves possibly. The blank switch that was there (instead of a European rear fog lamp switch) was substituted for a sport switch.
the four switches can be used interchangeably (i know, some can hold there and some can't), but they do the same function. when my switch(es) went bad, i use these interchangeably. Also the "fuel door open" and "open trunk" switches. so who knows...... could be a euro car with a wrong replacement switch, or a switch to function as a modification
You'll have to have a look to see if something is connected. on Euro car it is the fog light switch. But perhaps the previous owner did the suspension/engine switch mod and used that switch.
I'll take that switch off your hands if you don't like it. I'll buy the non functioning switch that is usually there and send it to you.
