    Speaking of mirrors, I'm in the process of restoring an old El Camino and the mirror has lost about 2-3% of the reflective surface around the edges. Not a big thing, but it bugs me. I think I will go to a glass and mirror shop and have a new reflective piece cut.

    As a point of reference for the Ferrari mirror, anything NOS runs whatever the market will bear, which in this case seems to be 1300. This guy is lucky to have one which appears to be in good shape and not in need of replacement. Given some of the other hacks he has already pursued, he does not appear to be building a show car where authenticity is paramount.

    As I recall, the rear window defrost rocker switch which the OP is seeking is the same as was fitted to a Ford Escort of the era, complete with the Ford logo molded into the switch body.

    I'd therefore suggest that you pull this switch from your other 308 and have a careful look.
