    I have set of used PUR wheels for sale. 1 front wheel is curbed that is shown in picture but it's not bent and it's balanced. Some wheels have paint chips so it isn't perfect so it may need to be refinished.

    All 4 wheels are balanced.

    correct, i'm located in SoCal and no issues with wheels. It was driven on and it was perfectly fine. True and straight.
