Started looking into my clock repair. May have found an additional option that hadn't shown up here - using $15 clock internals rather than Fiat 124 internals.

May only work on retrofitting Veglias with a "3 screw" design vs 2 screws. Anyone tried this?

For mine, I need new internals, new glass, and a new clock knob.

I've spent so much looking and buying for Fiat clock....

 

Still trying to remove the bezel on my 308 clock. It came off easily on the replacement but I’m struggling with the original. The bezel just won’t rotate at all to move the fold from the 12 o’clock position to the 6 o’clock position. Doesn’t rotate a mm. Suggestions on getting it to rotate or ways to get the bezel off if it won’t?

 

It's been many months since I replaced mine, but I don't believe the bezel rotated off. Seems like it just pulled off straight, manipulating each opposite edge one micron at a time.
