    Has anyone had issues with directional signals not working on their 458 , and what was the fix

    NVO board located in steering wheel. You can replace it yourself although you do have to remove the airbag cover to get access. Don't know if any dealer has it in stock but AI bet with a little searching, you can find one. I think the part number is 255426 (you need to confirm).

    Mine stopped working after dealer changed the battery electively at my request. $1700 was the fix for turn signals.
