I have a Tubi exhaust without valves. Could i buy a pair of vacuum valves and install them? Anyone done this?

Should work fine. Right now nearly all the exhaust gas is exiting through the inner pipes with little flow through the outer ones. On the valved versions, the flow is through the higher back pressure and more silenced outer pipes. Adding the valves should give you just what the factory valved version does. You need a pretty good welder to pull this off, plus the factory system to open and shut the valves or one of Steve Bissel's aftermarket systems.
