Went with Taco Cabana. It was a flavor I haven't had in a while. Beef Fajita taco combo. I love their Cheese enchiladas though.

forgot pics. again. but defrosted wifes meatballs that were in freezer months. amazingly good over pasta. she makes them the right way - sauteed in oil and finished in her marinara sauce with onions and garlic. and the garden parsley is tasting better than ever with the cold weather here. put 2 big bunches over the top meatballs. delic

Very very simple. Just beef with small amount bread crumbs held together with egg. Spices. No pork, onions, or cheese though.

after sauté meatballs in olive oil, she finishes them off in sauce. sauted garlic and onions, crushed san Marzano tomatoes, tomato paste, spices.

sometimes I take the meatballs out of the sauce and make quick alfredo. melt butter, parm cheese, cream. then fry an egg and put over meatballs. parsley. eat pasta on the side with the tomato sauce. not exactly healthy or low calorie but really good.

You always eat your hamburgers dry? Or is that just for Whataburger?

Those don't exist around here thankfully.

HAHA! Love it. It's really the original late night spot for me.

What instrument does your son play?

Didn't take pics of last nights dinner. Ate downstairs and the phone was up.

My favorite fast food burger joint is Fatburger. Second best is our local chain Triple O's. HHHmmm, maybe Fatburger for dinner.

I think they opened one in DFW area. Haven't tried it. The wife and I tried a bunch of mom and pop burger joints after Texas Monthly did a big story on the best in the state. To be honest, most of them were fair to mediocre, unlike the BBQ & Tex Mex places they write up, which are generally top notch IMO. Mostly we hit up Whataburger when we get the itch for a fast food burger...T

Six of us took a bite and tossed the food in the trash, left the Whalburger and went to get real food. Absolutely disgusting food. Think airline economy but worse.

Interesting Tom. I don't think I've ever known anyone that didn't like any condiments.

Trombone. He’s a senior at Texas Lutheran in Seguin, double music major- performance and education.

For a fast food joint, it’s not bad at all.

FYI- Wife is making chili tonight.....

Got a bacon cheeseburger with onion rings at Fatburger. It was pretty good, but pricey for fast food. With a drink my meal was $20. Could get a sit down meal for that. Image Unavailable, Please Login
