I am ready to make the purchase but I need some expert guidance. I am a manual junky. All of my cars have always been stick. I am looking to make my first Ferrari purchase and I am specifically interested in one of the last pure prancing horse manuals. I plan to buy the car with the intention to keep it for my weekend driver - to enjoy every aspect of the cars performance and excitement each time I sit in it and take it for a go. My budget is up to 300k . In life, I always wait and buy exactly what I want so I can enjoy my good investment. Any guidance would help !!! Also if there is a reputable car locator out there I would appreciate their contact .
    Thank you
    Rich

Welcome: apart from one or two outliers realistically the most recent Ferrari manuals are 360/430 or 550/575 - check out those two sections to see what floats your boat - they are all more than 15 years old

Get in touch with ‘yellow compass’ on here, he is a character, and from what I’ve seen, really gets some great cars. I haven’t bought through him, but am of the opinion he is the guy I will be using when I eventually retire to the US

For 300k, you ought to buy an F430 and a 328 GTB / GTS or 308 GTB / GTS

    Maybe a 575 and an F430

    Maybe a 355 GTS / GTB and a 550 or 575

    I could go on lol

PS, Im not sure if a 599 Fiorano came with a manual gearbox

    Thank you

I’m pretty sure there were one or two, but not many!

Buy a 512BB. Prices are dropping so you can even find carburettor cars for that, but you will definitely get an nice BBi. Failing that get a 512M...if it is meant to be a weekend driver, you will love either. If you want more frequent use, get a 355 manual.

A carbed 512 or 365 BB will definitely set you apart from the crowd.
Last of the carburated Ferraris, Last aluminum hand formed body.
First of the mid engined 12's
The front and rear clams shells fold away from the car not just hoods. Very cool.
These should be worth double but I dont make the market.

If you want modern your budget allows the 430 stick or 550.

Or if you stretch a bit to 400 there is a manual 599 that just hit the market. Rare as hen's teeth.

It was the F-40, F50, Enzo of it's time.
People are in love with the 288 GTO. Me too ! .
But compared to the naturally aspirated F1 inspired 12 cylinder at a sixth the price ?
    I dont get it. Honestly.
The most underrated Ferrari in modern times.
