488 First real 488 Pista Piloti for sale

I think we saw here a link to Kimi's car advertised for sale a few weeks ago, not sure whether it's the same car.

 

Do we know the price?

For comparison sake and curiosity, what was base MSRP for a piloti?
If I recall correctly, there were not many options available to add.

 

430 K € seems very low to me - it's easy for a "base" Pista with some options to reach this build price, so I was expecting more from a Piloti.

 

The Piloti has the special painting and is assumed to be far more exclusive than the Pista - and for both cars it's exclusivity that makes most of the price, not "intrinsic" value.

 

Agreed, this is ultra exclusive compared to a normal pista

There's a silver PIloti on mobile.de for 595k €.

 

There are already 31 Pista for sale on the German platform mobile.de

With a total production around 800 pcs I think that this price could be the average for the near future ( 2 years ) ... than who guess ...

 

It is exclusive in that it will present an exclusive bath to the first owner when he/she goes to sell it ;-)
Similar to the 70th Anniversary cars and the 599 Alonso before it.

 

The entry price is now about MSRP, my guess is that it will be below soon.
For real first time buyers (who bought to enjjoy the car) the Pista could still be a good deal with a limited depreciation, but the speculators who have not managed to already get a profit will be in trouble.

 

MSRP for the Pista in Europe was 290.000 €. With the specs you put in the car from 30.000 or 40.000 € , or even more it should be about 320.000 or 330.000 € minimum

Selling starts with 350.000 € in mobile.

So still there should be good deal for the speulators.

As I know the Pista production will stop end of June 2020.

Anybody an idea how many Pistas will be produced total? ( Round about 2000 ??)

 

PPAC was mandatory for € 25K on top of the claimed € 292 K in France, resulting in a base price of € 317K, without stripe nor any option. Considering registration fees and very reasonable options, my tentative build was € 360K.
With an asked price of € 350K (which is no guarantee for selling price) the profit of the seller will be minimal (if there is one).

 

Not really a lot Piloti will come on the market and the produced numbers are much much less then the „normal“ Pistas.

Pista and the Piloti Version is really an incredible Ferrari masterpiece and for sure the last of the non Hybrid versions. Can’t understand why someone sell it for a little profit with less or 0 miles, don’t understand...

PPAC as an abbreviation I don`t know. Could you please explain.

 

It's the code for an "option" that includes some carbon fiber parts, it's described in the price lists and configuration guide that have been posted in some Pista thread here (I cannot tell exactly where now ).

 

How many have been to market? Any at auction?

There will be (has been) 51 or 52 Pista Pilotis made so it is a VERY limited car. It's allocations were given to drivers in the Ferrari Challenge series who had competed successfully for a number of years.

I have sat in one of these cars and it was an awesome spec. Ready for a racetrack!

 

I love the concept of the Pista Piloti and the exposed carbon fiber rear wing, but that wide front stripe has me somewhat conflicted. Hmmm.

Exclusivity no doubt.

 

Not sure what defines first for sale. Buddy of mine was offered a Piloti with factory miles in April last year. Just because there has not been an add, does it not mean there has not been anything sold or for sale.

Quite sure more than 52 were made. Also, they were offered for all 488 Challenge drivers as well as all other Corse Cliente drivers. Not sure what defines rare. Went to the second story storage lot at my dealers last spring, and there were 6-7 of them sitting around.

Does anybody know actuel nummers of Ferrari 488 Pista Piloti?
How much there are build? I read on the internet different numbers, some say 100 some say 200

I do have a blue one, there shouldn't be more than about 20 worldwide but i do not know of this is so.
In the Netherlands there are 3 Pista Pilotii i know off, two red ones and one in blue like mine.

No idea how many there are in Germany or other countries in the EU.
