Great photo!
Amazing - Just can't get over how perfect and new this is. Underside, interior, engine bay....... Simply amazing.

Thank you! I lived almost 18 years in Plano. My 348 had better accommodations in Plano. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
I like it .. how has it been stored all these years has it been in a climate controlled area ... any stickies ... Is the car free from any dents .... ?? so the last belt change was 2008 .? ......very nice car...
There are absolutely no discernible blemishes on the paint and the interior is as new. Yes the last and only engine out was in 2008, but the car has otherwise been regularly serviced and started. It does not leak. All of the stickies have been addressed except for those clips on the vents on the dash. I Purchased new ones but those are probably bad as well, I would have to check. Additionally, I replaced the steering wheel surround with an NOS piece (yes stupid I know) which has since gone bad. All other stickies have been addressed.
Ron, I wouldn't normally listen to a woman when it comes to selling a car but in this case your wife is correct. If a dealer offered you 95K you know the car will fetch much more if you have the time to wait. They know its worth a lot more to them. GLWS.
Thanks, that was my thought as well. I’m a bit conflicted because part of me doesn’t want the responsibility of caring for the car anymore and yet I still enjoy knowing that I have it and occasionally showing it to people. I’m not doing anything to hasten the sale, just listed it here. And I don’t want help from brokers or consignors so the individual that reached out to me here, no thanks. If I still have it in May or June, and I’m still inclined to sell it, I will ramp up my efforts.
Wait until spring time. It is winter in most parts of the country. Activity and prices for fair weather cars always drop from Nov - Mar. This will easily sell once warmer weather arrives and thoughts of summer are at hand. Beautiful example of a 348. In fact, probably none better.
It's only ORIGINAL ONCE No matter how good the restoration it's not original and just a poser car This is from a guy with 45 years of restoration history.
Yes that’s true and because my car has all of its original assembly line marks it could be used as a restoration guide.
Absolutly Back in the 60's 70's we would repair cars that had runs in the door jambs with runs in the door jambs as they came from the factory, "factory correct" can only happen once no matter how much OCD people have on a restoration
Yep 15 years ago I was big in the Mopar hobby and won some national awards with a Challenger I restored. It was amazing the efforts restorers made to re-create the cars supposed original state. With my Ferrari there are no questions as to how it left the factory. I still have the original valve stem caps (they didn’t match) that came on the car.
I sure can relate !!! We did a few GM cars and the thing that took the most time was under hood and inside fenders. The paint did not cover the primer and had runs in it. Trying to recreate that was the hardest part of the restorations, that and the crappy paint job on the inside of the rear deck. Now they just over sanitize the cars. Sorry not my idea of a car If I had a clean garage I would buy your and leave it there but Im a garage pig for sure
Just caught this thread / ad, showed it to my wife and she about clobbered me for selling my last which was a 348. Hope you get every penny, it’s worth it, beautiful car. Great to see these older, low mileage cars out there!
I started her up today and took a few more photos. But keep in mind she hasn’t been detailed in a couple of years. I had the same 1992 348 TB red/tan I bought from Ferrari of Dallas at the time. Lots of nice memories looking at your car, cleaning those rear vanes covering the engine ! GLWS
Thank you I appreciate that very much, and I am of course biased but I’m not altogether certain that you’re not correct. It is a ONE OWNER car that as been properly stored and cared for. There are a few out there that I know about that have the same or fewer miles but they’ve been shipped from coast to coast and have been owned by multiple dealerships and individuals. I received an email and a phone call about my car today so I thought I would bump my ad. First $100k buys.
