    To show like that the site name is in the filtered words list. The site name being filtered is just the thread title, so no guessing necessary, other than the clue I just gave.

    For a commercial business to get added to the filtered words list, generally means that they've done something contrary to the rules in the past (such as sock puppets, shilling, spamming, etc) so as to earn themselves the filtered status.
